It's Pacman's 30th anniversary and what better way to appreciate it than play it on Google's main page! This is probably the first time that Google incorporated gameplay or even animation while changing its logos when a special event or anniversary occurs during that day. It's also called
Google Doodles btw.

I'm not really sure about the Pacman implementation on Google but I'm guessing its made of python and javascript.
