Detecting authenticity of photos and videos thru JPEGsnoop

I just came across this app which detects the authenticity of your photos and videos. I am not aware that these programs do exist and I just would like to share this info I've learned to you.

This program is called JPEGsnoop. It's a nice little freeware program and I've actually tried this to compare shots taken from a Nikon camera versus an Adobe Lightroom-edited shot of mine taken from a Canon 400d SLR and it worked! As simple as that, the program noticed that the first photo is an original and the second one is edited.

Feel free to download it and try to verify if your friend's photos are edited or not.
